By accessing or using the Urbaneel application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Urbaneel provides real-time public transport information, place search, and route planning for Cyprus.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the rights or use of the app by others.

3. User-Contributed Data

Some features (such as real-time bus tracking) rely on location data shared by users while travelling.
By choosing to share a trip, you allow your location to be sent to our servers and used, in anonymized or aggregated form, to improve real-time information for all users.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

Urbaneel uses third-party services and open data sources to provide its features, including analytics and crash reporting, map tiles, geocoding and search, and place information.
These services may collect and process technical and usage-related data in accordance with their own privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
Place descriptions and photos may be provided by Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons under their respective licenses (such as CC BY-SA). Attribution is shown where this content is displayed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials available in the app are the property of Urbaneel, unless otherwise stated or sourced from the third-party data described above.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary part of the app without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the information provided (including transport schedules, routes, real-time data, search results, or place information) is accurate, complete, or always up to date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urbaneel shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
